McLain Ward
We've seen a great improvement in our horse’s movement and elasticity! They move so much better

McLain Ward began riding after his parents, both industry professionals, encouraged him to take up the sport. In 1990, at age 14, he became the youngest rider to win the United States Equestrian Federation Show Jumping Derby, and ten weeks later, the youngest to win the USET Medal Finals—earning him the nickname “The Kid.”

Ward went on to compete in multiple Olympics, winning Team Gold in 2004 Athens and 2008 Beijing, and Team Silver in 2020 Tokyo. He was also part of the Silver Medal Team at the 2006 World Championships in Aachen, Germany.

As one of the nation’s top equestrian athletes, Ward relies on Summit Mobility for Horses to keep his horses performing at their best.
